Adverb Media / Your information

Privacy policy.

How we handle the information you share when you visit our website or contact us.

Information you share

When you use our contact form, we ask for your name, email address, and a message about what you need. You can also choose to share details such as your business, services of interest, timing, budget, and project requirements.

We use this information to understand your enquiry, respond to you, and discuss potential work. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please don’t include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

The budget explorer

Your selections and any budget ranges you enter stay in your browser tab while you explore. They are not sent to us unless you choose to include a summary in an enquiry and submit the form. You can review, edit, or remove the summary before sending.

Refreshing or closing the page clears your unsent selections and enquiry draft.

Service providers and security

We use service providers to operate and protect the website and to handle enquiries. When email delivery is enabled, enquiries may be processed by Zoho Mail or another configured mail provider. Our hosting and security services may process technical information, such as an IP address and request details, to operate the site and help prevent abuse.

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the contact form from automated submissions and processes technical information for that purpose. Learn more in Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Cookies and external links

Our website does not use marketing trackers or analytics scripts. Our fonts and project images are served by this website. Services used to protect or operate the site may process information under their own policies.

Links to other websites, including Instagram, take you to services with their own privacy practices. Please review their policies when you visit them.

Retention and your requests

How long information is kept depends on the purpose for which it was provided and any applicable legal requirements. Mail and hosting providers, including their backups, may retain information under their own settings and policies.

If you have a question about your information, or want to ask about access, correction, or deletion, please contact us.
